# Change the background color

Hello, the background color of my 3-matic version 18.0 is grey at present, I want to change the background of my 3-MATIC operation to black, can it be achieved?

Hi Liu,

3-matic does not support changing the background color of the UI. This is something that we are considering implementing in a future version. Something that you _can_ do is change the background color(s) of your Work Area by going to the Options & Help, Preferences. Hope this helps at least a little.
