3-matic 16.0 "point-based pattern" issue

How could I find 3-matic technical support?

We have been using 3-matic 13.0 (upper image) for several years and found it helpful. This year we bought a new version, 3-matic 16.0 (lower image). But all of our colleagues complained that the new version changed the “point based pattern”. There is no preview of pattern entity like in 3-matic 13.0, and the function of "inverted direction" disappears. How could I solve this problem? This has seriously affected our daily clinical work. Thanks for your help!!!
