Hi everyone,
I’m new to scripting in Mimics and would like to explore whether it’s possible to perform quantitative analysis within Mimics, specifically calculating the Contrast-to-Noise Ratio (CNR) between different segmented regions on MRI data.
I’m fairly comfortable with Python, but not an expert. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with this type of analysis in Mimics, knows whether it can be done directly within the software, or perhaps has any tips, examples, or existing scripts to share.
